Le Park is a single-channel video work by Moroccan artist Randa Maroufi. Through a slow flowing shot, the work captures the scenes of an abandoned amusement park in the center of Casa Blanca. The images slowly depicts the figures of the young people once existed in this space and unveils the pictures of their lives in the past, which are carefully inserted back to the space of the abandoned amusement park.

The time and space, figures, and memories in this work are suspended on the verge of beginning. On the verge of putting up the stories and the protagonists (the young people), the tension of imagination is thus expanded. Interestingly, the space is an abandoned space where no story should ever happen, perform, or showcase again. Yet, the silent amusement park offers the viewer a deductive space to imagine. Through the soundtracks of dialogues and recordings of sounds, these suspended film sculptures invite viewers to complete their story of lives together with imagination.
